We deliver to:

• Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland - 1-3 working day delivery for items in stock is included in the price; for some solar panels and accessories delivery may take longer but is always included in the price for any address on the island of Ireland.
• The UK - deliveries to the UK are free of charge.
• Isle of Man and the Channel Islands - we can arrange a VAT free delivery - email info@energian.ie or call 0208 064 0335 for details
• Customers in Ukraine: we are unable to deliver to Ukraine directly; customers based in Ukraine are encouraged to order items for delivery to friends and family in the United Kingdom or Ireland. Alternatively, customers resident in Ukraine may wish to contact Metagistics (website here) which is based in the UK and offers onward delivery to Ukraine. IMPORTANT: for security reasons, payments by card issued by a Ukrainian bank or credit card issuer will require further authentication after the order is processed; we will require a copy of the payer's passport photo page and registration page matching the billing address and name on the card, a selfie with the passport and a copy of the card statement for the card used for the payment that matches the name on the order and payment card. We reserve the right to refund and cancel any orders in our sole discretion regardless of the payment method used. Irish bank card payments are accepted provided they are confirmed by 3D authentication and the delivery address matches the billing address. Our general terms and conditions apply to any sale.
• Warranty service can be provided only in Ireland, the European Union and the UK; any customer based outside of these areas will be responsible for shipping, at their own cost, of the items requiring warranty service to our UK or European Union service centre. Warranty collections and returns are free of charge.

You can receive your order in Ireland via one of the following methods:

GLS (Monday-Friday) - Most items (except EU style Bluetti products) are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Rigid solar panels will be delivered by a pallet network, on the next working day service if the order is received by 12 noon. Delivery may occasionally take longer; contact us if this. 

You will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.  

DPD (Monday-Friday) - Bluetti products with EU sockets will be delivered via DPD. This normally takes approx. 5 working days.
